Install Hamachi

This guide will tell you how to install the Hamachi software and set it up correctly.

Download Hamachi

Hamachi 1.0.3.0 - HamachiSetup-1.0.3.0-en.exe

- From the official website (available in different languages).

Install Hamachi

- Tick "Create shortcut on the desktop"

- Tick "Disable vulnerable Windows srvices over Hamachi

- Select "Use Hamachi with Non-commercial license"

Setup Hamachi

- Click Power On (bottom left) button. Type an Account nickname, this should be the same as your IRC/Forum user name. Click Create.

- Wait for it to connect. You will see a "5.x.x.x" number and your nickname at the top.

- Click Configure (bottom right), goto Preferences. Goto Messaging on the left. Untick "Enable messaging". This will stop you geting spam. Click Ok.

- Hamachi should say "New system message" on the taskbar, click this. Click Yes to seting a Master Password. Enter a password and click Change.
